CHA - Anaheim 2013

Hi Everyone:

I will be going to CHA-Anaheim this year again, but this time I am only going for a day (Saturday).  CHA starts on Saturday, January 12th, 2013 and ends on January 15th (I think). I will be taking my good camera and plan on taking lots and lots of pictures. 

I will try to take as many pictures as I can of all the new products coming out this year as well as some of the "youtube" superstars! Woo hoo!

I'm hoping I can cover all of it within 6 hours.  Hmmm! 

P.S.  I also here that CHA-Summer 2013 will be in Las Vegas this year.  I might just have to make that trip. :)

God-Daughter (Mercy Sofia Diaz)

Hello Everyone:

Today is a special day, my god-daughter (Mercy Sofia Diaz) was born at 7:08 a.m. I think she is pretty lucky girl, she gets to share a birth date with my brother.  My brother thought Mercy should be named after him "Renee". LOL!

I am going to have SO much fun being a "Godmother".  It's definitely an honor for me, and I'm SUPER excited. Since I can't have children of my own this will be the second best thing for me. She looks so much like her daddy in these pictures.

Okay, can I tell you I have seen this look on Joey Coco Diaz before. 

OMG! and this one as well.  She is just like her father.

Amazing Artist

Hey Everyone:

So last year in the month of September I had the pleasure of meeting a very very talented artist. I believe she is 17 years old and has no art experience, whatsoever. She is SUPER sweet, smart and very talented. I want to share some of her pieces with you guys.

Here are two of her canvas pieces. The canvas on the right is her brother and the guy on the left is an Irish poet (I think), anyways, isn't she amazing.

Here is another one of her pieces.  She drew these two characters and colored it as well.  I love it.

These are some of the things I enjoyed last year. I am hoping she can do something for my craft room, I'm just not sure what.

Cookie Exchange Party Recap

Hi Everyone:

I had a cookie exchange party in December, which was so much fun.  I got to bake and cook, which is always interesting, what I mean when I say "interesting",  I tend to try new recipes, which isn't always a good thing for me. I need to do a trial run before serving it.  Lucky for me it turned out pretty good.  Below are some of the pictures of the table, cookies, and the little thank you gift for the girls.

This was our 2nd annual cookie exchange, I am so looking for to our 3rd annual cookie exchange.  I have BIG plans for this party.  :)

Happy New Year Everyone!

It's been a long while since my last post. Home/work has been keeping me busy. January and February are definitely going to be busy as well, two Baptism's, one Wedding and three birthday parties.

I am so hoping to post a lot more this year, can you guess, this is one of my goals for 2013.  I decided I would definitely post about things I like and of course crafting.

This year I am going to attempt to try Project Life, it's definitely going to take a lot of commitment on my part.  I am hoping to complete the entire year.

I hope everyone had a FABULOUS new year and I hope that 2013 brings you all happiness, good health, and prosperity.
