Emergency Christmas Card Sets/Ornaments

Hi Everyone:

Wow two posts in one day.  That is BIG for me.  Last week I had the chance to have dinner with my LOM Sistas (Library of Memories Classmates) and I thought it would be really nice to give them an "Emergency Christmas Card Set".  This set is for the last minute "OMG I need to get a Christmas Card for this gift".  I was thrilled to do this for my Sistas, they are truly the best.

We also had a ornament exchange/scrapbook exchange, which turned out great for me, because I got to create some ornaments. I was actually, pretty productive last week.  Now if  I only could keep up the paste, that would be awesome!

Until next time, Be Safe, God Bless You and Merry Christmas to you all!

Favors - Baby Showers

Hi Everyone:

It's been a while, I know, BAD Girl.  Below are the favors I did for the baby shower last month.  I had done the invitations as well for the party.  I think they came out SUPER cute!  I used a combination of things, Stampin' Up! cardstock, Stampin' Up! punch, pattern paper, cello bags and my friend printed these cute "It's a Boy and It's a Girl" embellishment from the Cricut Imagine for me.  I am so getting one now.

These are the beautiful flowers and thank you note I received for doing the work.

Stampin' Up! to the Rescue

Hello Everyone:

I wanted to share with you this quick, and I mean quick, project I did for a fellow scrapbooker. Merlene's daughter is getting married this weekend on a Dairy Farm. She was looking for some favor, but wasn't sure what to do. I did a workshop where I displayed Stampin' Up's Milk Cartons Big Shot die as a cute gift idea or favors, you guessed it, she loved it.

I made 150 milk cartons for her and I finished them just in time. Our friend Molly came up with the idea "Got Married" on the tag. The lovely Yvonne was sweet enough to help me stamp the fence and the cow. What do you think? Stinkin' cute!

Recipe:
All Stampin' Up Products except for Cardstock and Stamp Set

Stampin' Up Milk Carton Big Shot Die
Modern Label Punch
Word Window Punch
Hemp Twine

If you would like to order any of these items, please visit my other blog at http://www.craftysassystamper.blogspot.com/.

Thank you!

New Products - Treasured Memories

Hello Everyone!

Okay so I went to my LSS (Treasured Memories in Oak Park) and guess what they had? PRIMA FLOWERS, COSMO CRICKET and MY MIND'S EYE. The BEST part I have pictures to show you all.

Okay, I have to say I am so loving the Prima Christmas stuff, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Oh Oh and they have Prima Pearls Pearls and Pearls.

The Cosmo Cricket line is there along with the Stickers and even the matching stamp sest. You can pick up all the coordinating products and blast layouts, projects and cards with this line.

As for me, I picked up the My Mind's Eye Christmas Line, it is perfect for the project I have in mind, which I promise to share. Enough talk, picture time.

P.S. The pictures where taken with my iPhone so they are not as good as I would like them to be. Sorry!

Enjoy, everyone.  I will be doing a video next week showing you what I bought at Treasured Memories.

Have a great week everyone!

Tag Swap

Hello Everyone!

I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend.  I know I am!  You ask, why? Well, I have been crafting all weekend long and loving it.  I joined a "summer tag" swap last month and we needed to create 5 tags on what we like about summer, mine happens to be BBQ's.  I love BBQ's, because I don't get to cook, yeah baby!!!!

Anyways, below is the picture of the summer tags.  Hope you like them.  Everything you see was done with the cricut.  I love my cricut!!!!

I used the "Tags, Bags and Boxes", "Block Party", and "Everyday Dolls".

I did two tags, the big tag holds the menu tag inside.  The large tag is made out of chipboard.

Hope you guys like it.  See you soon!

Dash's Birthday Party

Today was my nephews 1st Birthday party.  Poor Dash was not feeling well, but he was definitely a trooper.  I got to see my family and friends.  It was great because it was DRAMA free!  Love it.  I got to take a bunch of pictures of my nephews, and it was great because they were "hamming it up".  I love them!!! Take a look.

My wonderful nephew - who would think that this little 6 year old can come out with statements, like this these.  "Dad, women and men don't always agree" and my favorite of all time would have to be, "Dad
women don't think right".  My father's reply to this was "that is definitely my grandson.

It turned out to be a great afternoon.

Nephew's Birthday Gifts

Okay, Ladies.  I came home and finished my nephew's (Dash) baby album.  Take a look, so cute.

Oh, almost forgot a made a quick card, very simple.  He is one (1) year old.  Can't believe it.  See girls I do make other things besides cards (heehee!).

LOM - Memorabilia

I was looking through my photos and found these great pictures, I wanted to share with you.  I have been a student of Library of Memories for three years and I can say it was the BEST thing I ever did.  I've learned so much....organization....the way I take pictures..... and how everyday life is just as important as the special occasions.  How to use quotes and words spoken everyday and put it on to a scrapbook page.  It has taught me how to make a connection.  It brought back my eagerness to create again, thank you, Stacy!

If you are visiting my blog for the first time and haven't had the pleasure of taking an online class, please go visit www.bigpicturescrapbooking.com for a list of wonderful classes you can take. I would actually tell you to start with Library of Memories, but that's just me.

Now on with the pictures.  I found these pictures during my "I need to print pictures, what have I not printed yet" stage.  Here are some of the samples for the following:

1.  Memorabilia Notebooks
2.  Stuff that Matters File Box
3.  School of Life Box
4.  Cultural Memorabilia Box

These samples were provided by Molly McCarthy (Coach), Jennifer McIntyre from www.atthebluebarn.com, Marlene Chamberlin, Erin Miles, and Donna Clark.  Thank you ladies for sharing.
